Composite polygon class providing boolean operations between two composite polygons using Forster-Hormann-Popa's C++ implementation transcoded to pure Python.

The supported operations between (composite) polygon A and B are:

C = A | B or A |= B, union of A and B
C = A & B or A &= B, intersection of A and B

Arguments:

lls - The polygon points (iterable of 2 or more LatLons, LatLonFHPs or ClipFHP4Tuples).
raiser - If True throw ClipError exceptions for errors.
name_kind_eps - Optional name=NN (str) and/or optional kind='corners' of lls points (str) and eps=EPS tolerance for duplicate removal (str).
